Anthraquinone authorization process is the main way of H₂O­₂ production in the world now. Its technology is keeping improved and the power consumption is gradually decreased. Especially after 1987 in China, palladium catalyst replaced nickel catalyst with considerable improvement on production process. After 1990s, there were new breakthrough and development on production scale, production control automation, palladium catalyst improvement, and the production scale of 5,000 T/A (27.5%) was expanded to 180,000 T/A. Meanwhile, the consumption of raw material, utilities was also largely decreased.

We provide multiple advanced and patented technology (with successful cases in China), the owner can economize the project investment, decrease the material consumption, cut-down the operation cost, guarantee standard-reaching of environmental protection, assure the well operating with full load in the long term, and enhance the competitiveness of product in the market.

Scope of Supply: 

A. Design of the whole Project.

B. The process equipment and its auxiliaries for the production of H₂O₂, including: a) complete process for making 35% and 50% of H2O2 products (or other concentration as needed), and product storage and track loading.  b) The auxiliaries, including preparation of W.S., air compressorors, power control and distribution system, controls, circulating water, sewage treatment and fire protection system.

C. Instrument and electrical equipment.

D. Spare Parts for two year operation for rotating equipment.

E. First filling chemical.

F. Relevant Services including supervision of Civil Works and equipment Installation, Erection, Assembling, plant commissioning, and Start-up, training.

G: Hydrogen Plant, per buyers' request.
